Sakura Aizawa (相（あい）沢（ざわ）さくら, Aizawa Sakura^?) is one of the students from Japan who got involved in the Summoning Incident, and ended up in Tortus along with her other classmates.

Sakura is a girl with long hair, which she usually with a scrunchie. Due to her upbringing, she appears as a gentle and demure girl.

Chronology

One day during her second year of high school, Sakura and her entire class was summoned to Tortus by its god Ehit in order to help humanity's war against the demons. He and his classmates trained in the Heiligh Kingdom for two weeks, under the supervision of Knight Commander Meld Loggins, before they traveled to the Great Orcus Labyrinth, in order to fight the monsters that dwelled inside it until they were strong enough to fight the demons. During their first trip the the Labyrinth, they were all transported to the 65th floor due to a trap that was accidentally set off by Daisuke Hiyama. It was there that they were all surrounded by an army of skeletal Traum Soldiers on one side, and a Behemoth on the other. After a fierce battle, almost everyone managed to escape, but Sakura's classmate Hajime Nagumo was believed to have been killed when he fell off the bridge the Behemoth stood on, after he helped keep it at bay in order for the rest of his class to escape. This ordeal had severely effected the remaining students' morale, with Sakura among those who ceased their training and confined themselves within the kingdom.

Sakura is among her female classmates that is infatuated with Hajime. She hopes to use her family's connections to help boost the careers of Hajime's parents in hopes of being accepted into his harem.

• Light Magic Affinity (光属性適性, Hikari Zokusei Tekisei^?) - It allows the user to use light magic at a capable rate.
• Language Comprehension (言語理解, Gengo Rikai^?) - A base skill granted to all those who got summoned. It gives the user the ability to understand any language and be proficient in it.

• Divine Shackles (縛煌鎖, Baku Kōsa^?) - It sends out light magic chains to restrain enemies.
• Binding Blades of Light (縛光刃, Baku Kōjin^?) - It restrains the target by summoning multiple cross-shaped swords of light.

Weapons & Equipment

• CheatMate (チートメイト, Chītomeito^?) - A food-type artifact comprised of nutritional minerals, such as calcium and iron, that are enchanted with metamorphosis and evolution magic. They are then turned into powder and transmuted to became a solid food block. Once consumed, it raises a person's base stats and increases their body's sturdiness.
• Last Seele (ラスト・ゼーレ, Rasuto Zēre^?) - A necklace artifact with a small crimson red gem orb that Hajime made for everyone who participated in Ragnarok. It bestows its wearer the skill "Limit Break," as well as its derivative skill "Overload."

Etymology

• The name "Sakura" means "cherry tree."
• Sakura's surname "Aizawa" means "together, mutually" (相, ai^?) and "marsh" (沢, sawa^?).

• Sakura is the only one of her classmates that spells her name using hiragana characters.
