Karg D. Verand[]

Topp was Oscar's foster father and mentor. He wwas aware how talented Oscar is as a Synergist, and felt that he was wasting his talents by working in the former's blacksmith.

Oscar was grateful to Karg for all that he had don for him, and considered him to be a father. Even after Karg's death, Oscar praised him for being an incredible craftsmen.

Moorin[]

Moorin ws Oscar's foster mother. Oscar loved her very much and is always concerned for her safety. He was greatly saddened after learning of Moorin's death.

Ruth Orcus[]

Oscar's little brother. Ruth Orcus looked up to Oscar while they both lived at the orphanage. He learned the basics of being a Synergist from Oscar and aspired to be like him someday. After Oscar began working at the Orcus Workshop, Ruth Orcus Verand lost his respect for him and treated him badly due to Oscar not using his abilities to create weapons or anything that Ruth Orcus Verand Verand considered to be impressive. After Oscar rescued him and the other children from the Holy Church, Ruth Orcus Verand Verand Verand regretted how he treated Oscar after seeing all of his powerful Artifacts and regained his admiration for him.

When Oscar was forced to spend he rest of his life inside his Labyrinth, he chose Ruth Orcus as the one person that would be allowed to visit him.

Dylan[]

Oscar's younger brother. Someone who he cherished greatly.

Katy[]

Oscar's younger sister. He was one of the few people that she opens up to. Although she may act cold around him at times, she secretly wants to be pampered by him. After regaining consciousness from being experimented on by the church, she would spend a lot of her time clinging to Oscar whenever she had the chance.

Oscar's little sister. Someone who he cherishes greatly.

Liberators[]

Miledi Reisen[]

Oscar and Miledi had a complicated relationship. Although she regularly annoyed him with her antics, he would follow her anywhere, even if she were to to go the depths of Hell itself.

It had ben implied that the two had feelings for each other, but neither would admit it. However, when Miledi's mind had changed after her battle with the Apostle Ahat, she acted on her base desires and constantly clung to Oscar (much to his embarrassment). When she returned to former self, she to was embrued on how she had acted around Oscar. Before the Liberators's final battle against the church, the two of them acknowledged each others feelings, but refused to act on them until their mission was complete. Even after their failure to, and their subsequent exile from the res of he world, the two of them never pressed a relationship with each other.

Naiz Gruen Caliente[]

Oscar and Naiz got along rather well, spending hours talking and playing games, much to Miledi's annoyance. Oscar also felt a special kinship with Naiz due to the two of them being the only Ancient Magic users hat were not of noble or royal birth.

Despite the friendship, Naiz was sometimes disturbed by Oscar's occasional cruel use of his artifacts on his enemies that borders on torture.

Vandre Schnee[]

Oscar and Vandre could't see eye to eye on anything, constantly getting into verbal spats. In tRuth Orcus, the reason for this is that they're so similar in terms of their histories. Vandre was a clan chief, yet he is belligerent. While Oscar acted knowledgeable, but he was raised in the slums of a city. They don't like what they see when they look at each other.

Laus Barn[]

Initially the two were enemies, but when Laus joined the Liberators, Laus became a good friend to Oscar, and even was willing to help heal his family that had been altered by the church, as well as give him romantic advice with Miledi.

Lyutillis Haltina[]

Like he rest of the Liberators, Oscar considers her to by a pervert, but the two of hem still ge along well. Lyutillis expresses her intterest in Oscar's budding romance with Miledi, and would constantly expresses perverted ideas on how to two of them could bond.

Enemies[]

Ping Waress[]

Ping hates Oscar due the constant attention that Karg D. Verand gives him, while under the impression that he is nothing more than a failure. He would bully Oscar every chance he got, as well and have him deal with his workload in addition to his own. While Oscar is not happy with Ping's treatment towards him, he does not try to fight back and does everything he can to placate the young noble. This, however, only serves to intensify Ping's hatred towards Oscar, which eventually leads to him kidnapping the orphans from Oscar's old orphanage.

Ehit[]

Like the Liberators who learned of the Gods, Oscar was one of Ehit's archenemies from the faction. After his fellow Liberators were unable to start a revolution against Ehit due to instigating his worshippers to hunt down the Liberators, Oscar helped his fellow Liberators to create their own respective Great Labyrinths including his own Orcus Labyrinth with his Creation Magic as a means to pass down the Liberators' Ancient Magic required to slay Ehit and destroy his "game board" once and for all which ended up to success when Oscar's first Ancient Magic successor Hajime Nagumo slayed Ehit and his game of death is destroyed with him.

Rasul Alva Igdol[]

The two of them were initially enemies when Rasul was under the control of Alva. After Rasul regained control of himself, Oscar did not like the affection Rasul was displaying towards Miledi. Furthermore, Oscar was jealous that Raasul could use his own artifacts in battle better than he could.

Reinheit Ashe[]

Oscar diid not like Reinheittt due to latter's crush on Miledi.

Hajime Nagumo[]

Although they have never met, Hajime learns the truth Orcus about the gods of Tortus through Oscar's message, which allows Hajime to realize the true danger of the predicament behind Ehit forcefully summoning him and his classmates to Tortus. Hajime holds immense respect for Oscar's genius skills as a legendary Synergist, as well as using Oscar's collection of historical documents, notes, alchemist tools and artifacts in his hidden lair to further advance his own Synergist skills. He considers Oscar as his unofficial master, and aspires to surpass him. Furthermore, Hajime takes it upon himself to fulfil Oscar's legacy with regards to creating the perfect maid golem.

However, after listening to Oscar's recording, Hajime immediately treated Oscar's corpse like it was nothing and even went as far as rustling the clothes to check for anything worth of value other than the ring on his finger. Yue, who was next to him, suggested making Oscar's corpse as fertilizer for the field. This was most likely due to his suffering in the labyrinth, but still decided to give Oscar a proper grave. After returning to Japan, Shuu and Sumire scolded Hajime for disrespecting the dead.
