Morcus Greant (モルクス・グレアント, Mōrukasu Gureanto?) was the Fourth Division Commander of the Holy Church's Templar Knights during the age of the Liberators.
Appearance[]
Morcus was a man with a large build and a horseshoe mustache.
Personality[]
Like the rest of those from the Holy Church, Morcus was extremely devoted to its god Ehit.
Chronology[]
Morcus was present when the leaders of the Holy Church were discussing on how to best confront the anti-church organizations known as the Liberators after they were defeated by them at Andika. Morcus was especially critical of Templar Knight Commander Laus Barn due to him being in charge of the operation, but was quickly silenced by the Templar Knights' first division commander Lilith Arkind. Soon afterwards, Pope Lucifer Slaine Elbard arrived and presented with him a woman named Ainz Arsalk that he claimed was their god Ehit's chosen oracle, to which Morcus became quickly enamoured by her. Ainz then proceeded to tell the leadership of the church about the members of the Liberators that were in possession of Ancient Magic, as well as revealing the location of one of the last remaining within the beastman nation, the Haltina Republic that was located in Pale Forest. Lucifer then ordered the church to wage war on the republic in order to capture the person with Ancient Magic and bring them to their cathedral.
After the Holy Church was defeated by both the Haltina Republic ad the Liberators, followed by Laus' sudden betrayal, Morcus and the other templar knights were transformed into apostle hybrids in order to prepare themselves for the Liberators' eventual attack on the church.
