Crystabel (クリスタベル, Kurisutaberu?) is a former gold-ranked adventurer, and the owner of a clothing store in Brooke Town.
Appearance
Crystabel is a two-meter tall muscled hulk with extremely chiseled features on their face. They are mostly bald, but the long hair growing from its sides is tied up in a complex weave with a cute pink ribbon at the end of it.
Personality
Crystabel has a wonderful fashion sense and is far gentler than they look. They are flamboyant and tends to be flirtatious.
Background
Crystabel was once and adventurer that had risen to gold rank and was known as the strongest adventurer at the time. At some point during their career, Crystabel retired and moved to Brooke Town in order to fulfill their dream of opening up a clothing store.
Chronology
Crystabel was visited by Yue and Shea while the two of them were shopping for clothes. They were initially taken aback by Crystabel's hulking appearance, but were tended to well by the merchant. One week later, Crystabel was acting as Sona Masaka's chaperone while she was out of town for family matters. On their way back to Brooke, they came across Hajime Nagumo, Yue and Shea as the three of them had been flushed into a spring after having completed the Great Reisen Labyrinth. After the commotion had calmed down from this surprising encounter, Crystabel offered to let them ride in their carriage, which they accepted.
Several days after Hajime and his companions explored the labyrinth, as they were prepared to leave the town, they said their goodbyes to all the acquaintances they made in Brooke, including Crystabel. Upon learning that the three of them were leaving, Crystabel turned into a monstrous bundle of sadness that tried to aggressively embrace Hajime, which resulted in an odd situation with Hajime trying to destroy Crystabel with his artifacts, while Yue and Shea desperately tried to hold him back.
Over the next few months, Crystabel had taken many disciples that were all men that had their genitals previously crushed by Yue for one reason or another. It had gotten to a point that they were planning to expand their shop into the capital of the Heiligh Kingdom, and sent their disciple Mariabel in order find a suitable location.
When Tortus's self-styled god Ehit was preparing to wipe out every living being in the world, Crystabel was among the forces assembled to fight back, and was also among the leaders in charge of the fight due to their past reputation as the strongest adventurer. The night before the battle, Crystabel, as well as their disciples that were visiting Hajime, and had attempted to flirt with him (much to his horror).
During the battle against Ehit's forces, Chris and their disciples were part of the allied forces' seventh legion. With the aid of Hajime's artifacts, they all managed to kill three apostles bare-handed. The battle eventually ended in Tortus' victory when Hajime managed to kill Ehit, ad would come to be known as "Ragnarok".
Relationships
Hajime Nagumo
Crystabel flirts with Hajime whenever they meet. This causes Hajime to lose his composure and acts hostile towards Crystabel as a result.
Yue
Crystabel and Yue get along well. Yue greatly respects Crystabel's sense of fashion.
Mariabel
A disciple of Crystabel's after having his genitals destroyed by Yue.
Abel
A disciple of Crystabel's after having his genitals destroyed by Yue.

Catherine Walker
Crystabel and Catherine are well aquatinted with each other due to their time with the Adventurer's Guild. They both retired at the same time and traveled to Brooke in order to start new lives for themselves.
Sona Masaka
Crystabel and Sona know each other well. Crystabel had taught Sona many thins, such as how to scale down walls.
Akari Fudo
Crystabel helps Akari accept herself for who she is on the outside. Although her first manages to magically transform her appearance, she decides to revert back to how she appeared before.
Powers & Abilities
- Enhanced Strength - Crystabel is incredibly strong for a human. They were once known as the strongest adventurer before retiring.
- Enhanced Durability - Crystabel's body and muscles are dense enough to withstand rubber bullets from Hajime's handgun without injury, simply by flexing his pecs.
Weapons & Equipment
- Enchanted Armor - A suit of armor that Hajime Nagumo made for everyone who participated in Ragarok. It was imbued with a triple-layered "Diamond Skin," "Impact Absorption," "Auto-Recovery," "Stamina Recovery ," and gravity magic that made it lighter. The helmet was imbued with "Riftwalk" and "Foresight," the greaves with "Supersonic Step" and "Aerodynamic," and the gaulets were enchanted with spatial magic. It was destroyed by Hajime after Ehit's death.
- Last Seele - A red gem Hajime Nagumo made for everyone who participated in Ragarok. It bestowed its wearer "Limit Break" and "Overload." It was destroyed by Hajime after Ehit's death.
