Background[]
Chris was an imperial soldier for the Grandort Empire, but deserted due to disagreeing with how the empire was complying with Holy Church's forceful ways. After wandering the continent for years, he ended up in Andika. Chris eventually came to take care of a young girl named Meiru after she was forced to live in the slums due to her mother being abducted by Baharl Devault. The two of them spent almost the next two decades gathering more people who shared their hatred for Baharl until they had managed to gather a pirate crew, with Chris serving as first mate to Meiru.
