- The Manga omits Cam explaining how he forgot that travellers could only reach the Grand Tree every ten days due to him having only visited it once as a child.
- The Manga omits Ulfric explaining to Hajime on how Verbergen is able to repel the fog that permeates within the Sea of Trees by using Verdren Crystals.
- In the Light Novel, Mao and Guze are also present during the meeting of the Verbergen elders and Hajime's group.
- In the Light Novel, the Haulia Tribe initially wait in a different room while Hajime tells Ulfric about what he learned from the Great Orcus Labyrinth.
- In the Light Novel, Hajime punches Jin with his prosthetic arm.
- The Manga omits Hajime demonstrating his ability to manipulate mana to the elders in order to save Shea from being executed due to their laws.
Trivia[]
- The design for the tigermen in this chapter is redone from their original appearance in the previous chapter, as they appear much more human-like.
