Allen Parker (アレン・パーカー, Aren Pākā?) is an agent for Britain's National Security Agency. Officially, he is an analyst that works directly for Bureau Chief Sharon Magdanese, but his actual role is that of an assassin under the alias "Mr. K."
Appearance[]
Allen is a slender young man in his 20's. He wears glasses and has a timid atmosphere.
Personality[]
Allen is extremely loyal to his nation and is willing to use any means necessary to fulfill his duty as an agent of Britain's National Security Agency.
He is desperate in finding a girlfriend and often complains about his poor dating life. He has a unique sense of humor that puts him at odds with his female co-workers.

Sharon highly value's Allen's skills, but finds it pathetic when he complains about his inability to find a girlfriend. Allen in turn, greatly respects Sharon as the chief of the security bureau.
Vanessa Paradis[]
The two are co-workers, but Vanessa is not particularly fond of Allen.
Kousuke Endou[]
Allen considers Kousuke to be a friend and comrade with regards to their mutual difficulty in dealing with women.
Emily Grant[]
Emily initially hates Allen after the death of her university friends, due to his botched infiltration mission to steal a sample of her drug, and even punches him in the face so hard that he is temporarily disfigured. Afterwords, Emily manages to overcome her animosity towards Allen and acts more civil around him.
Taeko Sugawara[]
Allen first meets Taeko after rescuing her from demon-worshiping cultists on Earth. She becomes attraction towards to him and aspires to work with him at the security bureau. After Taeko moved to England, she and Allen were in a relationship and she has displayed some of her sadistic habits when they get intimate.

Etymology[]
- The name "Allen" has numerous differing etymologies attributed to it. The name was first introduced into England by Bretons, who took part in the Norman Conquest. Alan is also an ancient Bre'ton personal name (hence the modern English name Alan), as well as being a French Norman name. In Breton, Alan is a colloquial term for a fox and may originally have meant "deer," making it cognate with Old Welsh Alan. There are numerous variations of the name in English. The variants Allan and Allen are generally considered to be derived from the surnames Allan and Allen.
- Allen's surname "Parker" is derived from an Anglo-Saxon professional surname, from the ancient French meaning "guardian of the park," probably from the western Germanic "*parruk," meaning "closed stretch of land."
